A lecture performance that contextualizes the Twelve Sisters (Phra Ros Meri / 1n-3flu«􀚤), tracing its unknown origins and its many forms across Southeast Asia-from a mother's tale and children's books to old cinema, soap operas, Buddhist temple murals, local worship sites, caves, and mountains.

Grounded in her ongoing study of astrology, Parinda Mai proposes a speculative reinterpretation of the tale through comparati􀚣e mythology, focusing on the Pluto archetype. The lecture performance maps motifs of violence, gore, death, and rebirth within folklore as well as visual culture, onto human psychology and collective conditions-reading mythic cycles as a mirror for the crises and compulsions of our time.
